Samantha’s Outings' goal is providing great experiences for our youth and adults with special needs.
We host a fun and entertaining monthly Dance Party. This party, held at the Encinitas Elks Lodge #2243, 1393 Windsor Rd, Cardiff, CA 92007 each month, provides a safe and fun location with Live Music, Great Food, and just an out-and-out great time for our families and friends with special needs.

This van will allow us to provide transportation for our youth and adults with special needs to enjoy visits to local museums, the zoo, the safari park, and so much more.
