To make these outings accessible and enjoyable for everyone, we encourage all participants to obtain a paratransit bus pass and Coaster train pass through North County Transit District (NCTD).

How to Apply for Your LIFT Paratransit Pass
Getting started is easy! Follow these simple steps:

Visit the NCTD Website
- Go to https://gonctd.com/
- Click the Services menu
- Select LIFT Paratransit
- Click LIFT Eligibility (on the right side)
- Select Apply for LIFT
Step 2:
Complete Your Application
Choose the option that works best for you:
- Apply Online: Scroll down the page, fill out the application form, and submit it electronically
- Download and Mail: Download the PDF application, complete it, and mail it in

Schedule Your Interview
After submitting your application:
